At the very tip of Hilton Head Island, in Sea Pines Plantation, you will find this cozy, 3-bedroom New England-style cottage duplex set in the lushest scenery the Island has to offer. 14 Lands End is situated overlooking Braddock Cove, whose mesmeric waterway connects South Beach Marina to the Calibogue Sound. A shaded path across from the cottage leads to the splendid white beach for which Hilton Head Island is widely known.

Upon entering the cottage, the verdant green marsh and tranquil blue waterway immediately please the senses. This incredible landscape is viewed from the living room, but best enjoyed on the screened-in porch. Steps lead down to a sunning and entertainment deck, perfect for grilling, and then onto the manicured lawn leading up to the edge of the marsh. Blue and white herons, flitting fish, slow-moving kayakers and gentle breezes add to this engaging tableau. 

While the living room enjoys this scene, it also has windows looking out onto rich, pampas grass and foliage and a fireplace great to cozy up to on cooler days. The living room opens up to the dining area and then onto the kitchen, which offers a view of the oyster shell parking area, and the richly landscaped pool area. The kitchen was recently remodeled with cherry cabinets and cherry and ebony colored marble countertops. 

The master bedroom is downstairs with two large closets and that gorgeous marsh view. A door leads directly out onto the screened-in porch. A second bedroom is towards the front of the cottage. Upstairs is host to the third bedroom, which is a second master suite. There is also a full-size laundry area and a large walk-in attic. 

Being at the “toe” of the Island, Lands End truly offers tranquility and focus on family and guests in this quiet cul-de-sac. Nearby South Beach Marina offers just about every thing you could desire in outdoor activities and rentals, entertainment for all ages, boutique shopping and fabulous dining, both indoors and out. Being a part of the greater amenities of Sea Pines Plantation, there is no end to your vacation possibilities.
